Defined permissions
Identify which actions are allowed, who may approve them and when that permission expires or is withdrawn.
SAFETY & EVIDENCE
Cooling decisions affect real equipment and real operations. Our development approach makes authority, evidence and operating boundaries explicit before considering any supervisory capability.
Operators and existing BAS, PLC and OEM protective logic remain authoritative. The intended architecture does not connect a language model directly to an actuator. Any future supervisory action would have to pass explicit policy checks within a site-approved scope.
Identify which actions are allowed, who may approve them and when that permission expires or is withdrawn.
Check proposed commands against commissioned equipment and operating constraints.
Agree how the plant returns to its existing control arrangements if data, connectivity or operating conditions are unsuitable.
Reading data, recommending actions and applying approved changes are different capabilities. Progression between them is conditional; access to one does not automatically authorise the next.
Establish what can be observed and how much confidence the measurements support.
Present proposed actions with their assumptions, constraints and supporting evidence for review.
Consider only after site agreement, commissioning, control-authority checks and acceptance gates are complete.
The intended record links a finding to the plant configuration, measurements, data-quality checks and assumptions behind it. Missing or unreliable information should remain visible. An attractive dashboard is not proof that a model is accurate or that a proposed operating change is suitable.
A credible assessment needs an agreed baseline, a consistent measurement boundary and a documented treatment of changing load and operating conditions. Cooling Foundation is in development and validation. This site does not present verified Cooling Foundation savings, independent validation results or proven cross-site portability.
