Owners and facilities teams
Define the operational problem, the decision you want to improve and the constraints that matter.
DESIGN PARTNERS
We welcome conversations with building owners, operators and engineering teams who can help shape the Cooling Foundation around real operating needs. Every potential engagement starts with fit and an agreed scope.
The initial focus is teams responsible for noncritical buildings with water-cooled central chilled-water plants. A useful partnership combines access to plant evidence with the time and authority to review what it means.
Define the operational problem, the decision you want to improve and the constraints that matter.
Explain actual operating practice, exceptions and how recommendations would fit daily work.
Help assess instrumentation, system connections, existing sequences and the limits of available information.
A short description is enough to start. Please do not send credentials, sensitive network details or confidential plant files through the initial enquiry.
Building use, location, approximate capacity, chiller count and cooling-system type.
Whether plant power, delivered cooling, BMS trends, equipment records and drawings are available.
For example, understanding plant performance, checking data readiness or making an operating decision easier to review.
A potential programme would define the technical boundary, responsibilities, data permissions, validation questions and acceptance criteria. Commercial terms, access arrangements and any required security review would be agreed separately. Sending an enquiry does not activate a connection, authorise control or commit either party to a deployment.
The first useful outcome is a shared view of plant fit: what can be assessed with current information, which gaps matter and whether a focused validation programme is justified. Contact a.makar@net0link.in to begin. Cooling Foundation remains in development and validation; engagement does not carry a performance or savings guarantee.
Tell us what you know through the two-step plant-fit enquiry. Technical detail can follow when the scope and confidentiality arrangements are agreed.
