TARA is the proposed operator-facing workflow for the Cooling Foundation. The aim is to make plant context, observations and proposed actions understandable to the people responsible for daily operation.

The development path starts with reading plant information. A move to recommendations or supervised operation requires a separate review of data quality, equipment behaviour, permissions and commissioning evidence. AI may propose an action; explicit policy and authorised operators govern whether it can proceed. Existing plant controls and protective functions remain authoritative.
Build once. Qualify every new plant.
Our long-term goal is to make useful cooling applications easier to carry between different plants. That does not remove the need to check each site’s equipment, measurements and operating constraints. Cooling Foundation is in development and validation. This site does not present verified Cooling Foundation savings or proven cross-site portability. Learning across sites would depend on explicit data rights and agreed use.
