What this policy covers
This policy covers information collected through net0link.in. It does not cover data handled under a signed design-partner agreement, which is governed by that agreement and its data-rights schedule.
What we collect
Information you submit through the plant-fit assessment or contact forms: your name, work email, company, role, country, organisation type and the plant characteristics you choose to describe. Basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address and user agent, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not accept plant documents, drawings or control-system files through this website.
Why we collect it
To assess whether a plant is a credible candidate for the first operating domain, to reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of consent. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics
We measure aggregate site usage using non-identifying event names and counts. Names, email addresses, company names, message contents and plant identifiers are never sent to any analytics system.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Write to a.makar@net0link.in to access, correct or delete the information you have submitted, or to withdraw consent.
Changes
