The foundational layer for cooling.
Net0link is building the joining layer between existing plant evidence and portable cooling applications: a versioned cooling twin, testable physics and deterministic safety boundaries, without replacing the BAS or OEM controls.
First operating domain: water-cooled central chilled-water plants. Read-only first. Supervisory capability is gate-dependent.
Assess plant fit · Explore the foundation
One foundation. Three jobs.
- Understand. Compile a versioned semantic and physical twin from live plant evidence.
- Prove. Qualify the data, calibrate the physics and test every material claim.
- Act. Permit only deterministic, commissioned and bounded capabilities. Never raw AI writes.
The long-term target is one approved application artifact that can run across unlike plants without a core-code fork. This is a target, not an achieved result.
Narrow by design.
The first operating domain is water-cooled central chilled-water plants in noncritical buildings, generally with two to four chillers, approximately 500 to 5,000 refrigeration tons, one declared hydraulic archetype, BACnet or Modbus supervisory access, plant electrical-power metering, delivered-cooling measurement, usable P&IDs, sequences and equipment information, a named operator and a clear control-authority pathway.
AI may propose. Only deterministic policy may authorize.
Read-only first. Operators remain authoritative. Local BAS, PLC and OEM protective logic remain authoritative. No LLM or probabilistic model is connected directly to an actuator. Supervisory capability is conditional on commissioning and evidence gates.
Stage
Net0link is currently building and validating the Cooling Foundation. There is no deployed product, no customer evidence and no savings result to report. Net0link does not claim or guarantee a savings result today.
