Net0link

Category: AI infrastructure for thermal systems

Thermal OS for existing HVAC, refrigeration and process cooling.

Net0link is a Thermal Operating System that plugs into the buildings, plants and cold chains you already run. We read from your existing BMS, build a semantic Thermal Twin of every asset, detect waste and faults with TARA (our Thermal Adaptive Resource Agent), recommend safe actions your operators approve, and verify every kWh saved with weather-normalized, IPMVP Option C measurement and verification.

Read-only first. Human-in-the-loop. M&V-ready. Target 8–15% verified HVAC energy savings within 6–8 weeks — without replacing the BMS, without black-box control, and without touching equipment safety logic.

Architecture — a 4-layer read-only stack

  1. Plant & Assets: chillers, AHUs, VAVs, pumps, cooling towers, refrigeration racks, cold rooms, process cooling loops.
  2. Connector Layer (read-only by default): BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP, MQTT, OPC-UA, REST and CSV. One-way telemetry ingest. Zero control writes unless explicitly enabled per-point by your admin, with a signed audit trail.
  3. TARA Reasoning Layer: semantic Thermal Twin, fault detection, weather-normalized baselines, and a recommendation engine that outputs ranked, operator-reviewable actions.
  4. Proof & M&V: IPMVP Option C reports, comfort logs, refrigerant-side telemetry, carbon accounting and signed validation notes you can hand to finance and auditors.

What TARA actually produces

Every TARA output is a structured recommendation, not an autonomous command. Example:

Finding: AHU-03 running 2.8 hours beyond occupancy schedule
Evidence: Weekday runtime trend + zone temperature within comfort band
Estimated: $1,860 / month
Comfort risk: Low
Action: Move stop time 21:30 → 19:00; monitor zone drift 7 days
Approval: Review · Approve · Dismiss (human-in-the-loop)

Safety Kernel — why AI is safe on real plant

  • Read-only by default; every control-write requires per-point admin enablement.
  • Bounded setpoint envelopes enforced at the edge collector.
  • Human-in-the-loop approval on every recommendation; shadow mode is supported indefinitely.
  • Time-to-live on issued commands with automatic rollback to the native BMS.
  • Never overrides equipment safety logic; mTLS between edge and cloud; per-site credentials; SOC 2-aligned audit logging.
